Bringing Two Classics Together

Behind the Scenes of Dot Todman's Mash-Up Music Video.

Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter Dot Todman and guitarist JJ Ryder have created a unique arrangement by combining two classic songs, Under Pressure and I Want to Break Free, into one powerful mash-up. With the help of producer Brian David Hardin, Dot's lead and background vocals and JJ's guitar playing bring the two songs to life in a new and exciting way.

As the director and editor of Dot Todman's music video for this mash-up, Bryan was challenged with the task of bringing the energy of the song to the screen with only three camera setups. However, through creativity and careful editing, the final product is a visually engaging journey through the classic rock hit.

Shot in Dot’s living room in Los Angeles, CA, the music video stars Dot and JJ as they perform the mash-up with energy and passion.
